That side is where the screened porch and living area is located, giving you open views. The subdivision has sidewalks throughout, so walking is a breeze. The HOA fee is $110 per month, yardwork is included in that fee. Grass cut & edge, fertilizer and weed control are included. The going rate in the area is between $60 and $90 per week, so it’s a pretty good deal. The home has been under termite contract since new. The current contract runs till 2028 and requires a yearly inspection @ $150. That includes spraying the outside perimeter for spiders, ants, etc. and inside spraying if you wish.
