Edwin is poised and well equipped to make a substantial positive impact in the industry at large. Edwin is a lifelong resident of the Metro Area. He grew up 15 minutes from New York City in Newark, New Jersey, the eldest son to teachers and has three siblings. He now resides in with his wife Eileen and daughters Ilyana and Isabella in Bergen County, NJ. Edwin began his tenure in 2005 at the age of 23 when he accepted a position at Franklin First Financial. There he would learn the mortgage business' inner workings and weather the storm of a great recession. As a five year professional in 2010, Edwin took an opportunity to work at Maverick Funding Corporation. There he amassed all expectations becoming a perennial president's club member and a true leader in every sense of the word. In April 2015, he obtained Mortgage Professional America's Young Gun's Award. Which recognizes young leaders across the country making a difference in the industry. That same year his role as an Area Manager with Movement Mortgage, Aided in refining his understanding of the purchase market and B2B infrastructures. In 2016 Edwin focused on a grassroots project which focused efforts on a straight to a consumer service approach with some very talented people at Get A Rate Home Loans..
