Chad Bratton from Fairway Independent Mortgage in Edmond, Oklahoma is committed to providing you with exceptional service for obtaining mortgage financing. Prior to becoming a loan officer, Chad served the community as a teacher and state government official, and he has been an Oklahoma Army National Guardsman for more than 22 years. Chad grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma and received his bachelor’s degree in Music Education at Oklahoma State University, along with a master’s degree in Music at the University of Oklahoma. He later earned a master’s in Public Administration from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. This experience and education help Chad offer excellent customer service and attention to detail while maintaining the hopes and dreams of his customers, which he considers his primary mission. His detailed approach to each client’s unique situation creates an excellent experience for customers as they undertake the biggest financial transaction of their life.
Chad deeply values the commitment of all who serve the local community in vital roles, and he considers it an honor to assist veterans, active duty military members and reservists – whether they are relocating internationally, making a local move or simply lowering their monthly payment through a strategic refinance. Chad continues to serve in the 145th Oklahoma Army National Guard band, “Governor’s Own,” and is happily married to his wife, Natalie Bratton – an experienced Realtor for RE/MAX First of Nichols Hills. They have one daughter, Alayna, and a cat named Oliver. Chad enjoys the great outdoors, college sports, cold brew coffee and craft beer, a variety of music and, of course, our OKC Thunder!
The Brattons attend New Song Church where they serve as community group leaders and enjoy watching the positive developments happening in the Oklahoma City metro area!
